Janitorial
WATCH has proudly been working with the state of West Virginia through the state-use program. WATCH currently provides both janitorial and lawn care services by maintaining the I-70 West Rest Area, staffing the Rest Area 24/7. It is through the assistance of the state of West Virginia with this contract that we can employ individuals with disabilities in a job with a competitive wage.
WatchDog
Watchdog is a service offered to businesses and individuals to allow you to securely purge documents containing personal and confidential information. Locked security bins and containers are available to protect your documents in your place of business until we pick them up for destruction. You can make an appointment with the supervisor for Watchdog to drop off your documents to be shredded. Documents are kept in a locked, secured area until destruction and a certificate will be sent to you after they are destroyed.
Packaging and Assembly Line
Work that is outsourced to Watch workshop such as sorting, bagging, sealing, and packaging items so can be shipped to businesses customers. The items assembled by the individuals participating in this work activity are often integral parts used in various manufactured items.
Bulk Mailing
Our bulk mailing service includes folding, sealing, stapling, sorting, labeling, stamping, and inserting into envelope. This service is available to customers to meet your bulk mailing needs.
Grow Greenhouse
Watch also employs individuals in Grow Greenhouse, located at Watch. Individuals learn to plant, nurture, and harvest a variety of plants and flowers for consumer resale use. This program also provides individuals with customer service skills.
Liberty Distributors, Inc.
Watch individuals assemble, staple, and stack packaging materials at Liberty Distributors, Inc at the Triadelphia warehouse location. The individuals employed at Liberty Distributors are comprised of both individuals with disabilities and individuals with no identified disability.
