About WATCH
Russell Nesbitt Services prides itself on providing a range of vocational training and work opportunities for people with disabilities.
The goal of vocational training is to provide a spectrum of supportive services that prepares our consumers for community-based employment and gives them the skills necessary to grow in their chosen field. We offer a variety of short-term supported and extended employment services in conjunction with our community partners. In addition, we have several community contracts and agreements that require workers with disabilities to leave the vocational facility and work in integrated settings within public facilities. Our growing list of contracts include but is not limited to: West Virginia Department of Health & Human Services, Williams Energy, Lincare, Advanced Communications, and the United States Army Reserve Command.
Our team of medical, behavioral, administrative, and supported employment professionals work with our consumers to ensure that we are providing dynamic care and services at every stage of our involvement in their journey.
